Kahler Property Management has been meeting the residential and
commercial needs in our area for over forty years. Founded by Dick
Kahler it has always been our goal to provide professional management
services. We handle all types of property, from single family to
complexes - from small commercial office spaces to shopping centers.
As an active member of the Black Hills Area Multi-Housing Association
and the National Apartment Association, Kahler Property Management
is part of a group of professional property managers and vendors
dedicated to providing the highest quality management services through
education, networking and the promotion of multi-housing interests in
the Black Hills and the State of South Dakota.
Tracy Parkison, our Property Manager, has been with the company since
1984. Having lived in Rapid City all of her life, she has seen many
changes in the area and in the business over the years. She looks
forward to the continual changes and growth for the Rapid City area
and for Kahler Property Management.
Debby Slusser has been with the company since 1985 when it was
just Tracy and Debbie and no computer. She left for about five years
when her family moved to Denver. Upon moving back home, she realized
how much she missed the company. She just had to come back when there
was a chance. Debby currently does the accounting for the company,
which is a good thing since she loves to crunch numbers.
Erin Trojanowski started with the company in May of 2005 as the Office
Assistant. She shows properties and processes rental applications.
Kelly Davis has been with the company since November of 2006. She is
the Maintenance Coordinator.
We are dedicated to making all aspects of property management, whether
it be as an owner or residentor a tenant, an enjoyable experience. We are
here to serve all our clients in the best way possible. With the use of
